You're so inspiring! 🙂 It's funny you had the 22 days without sugar thing…I'm going a “sugarless September” just because I wanted to. 🙂 So may I ask why you don't have your license yet? Just curious 🙂 Good for you on writing so much in your journal, too….I'm way behind in mine!

I used to do a 20-Things-Before-I'm-20 challenge, but I was entirely unmotivated this year and never made a list. I know! I DIDN'T MAKE A LIST. It was a very sad and unusual thing for me. 😉 I plan to do one next year, though, it'll be 22 Things. Eeeh. Scary. lol You've accomplished some awesome things though, so go you! I've been sugar (basically) free for 4 months. *sigh* And grain free and mostly dairy free. -_- I have an interesting family who enjoy interesting diets. BUT ANYWAY! Congrats on doing well with your writing too! I have been so slack lately. I really ought to edit something, actually. XD

Sugarless September? Nice! That's good for the self-control. 🙂 Not having a license yet? For a long time it was because I was sick and I've never really wanted to drive. Now it's just lack of time to get enough practice in. Plus, I can walk to my job and I don't really have the need to drive anywhere, so it's not as high on my priority list as some people's. Thanks for asking!

Did I just read that right? Cait actually didn't make a list? Shocking! 22 Things… Yes, sounds like you're right behind me. 😉 And, hopefully with starting out sooner this year I'll get all my 23 things accomplished. I am fine with only getting some done, though, because these are challenges, not goals.
Your family sounds a lot like my family with eating. Generally we're pretty healthy. A lot of the time we eat paleo, if you know what that is. Last year I didn't eat sugar at all, and this year I'm only having it every once in a while. It's actually pretty fun to be more controlled with what you eat because it gives you the feeling of accomplishing something.
And yes, I have one book I need to re-write, one book I need to edit, one book I need to write, and one book I am working on writing. Plus, of course, those sneaky little ideas that keep popping up and begging me to spend time with them. Thankfully, I've been resisting. Oh yes, and I have a book that's going to be released in the spring and I actually have another book I want to self-publish that I'm almost done formatting. So, sadly, I'm not feeling very caught up… :-0

You are one of the most inspiring people I know! (I didn't say that just to make you feel good. I mean it.) I'm not a goal person. But since I've been reading your blog I decided I want to work on that:) So I decided to do a 17-b4-17 birthday challenge. I have a little over half a year to work on it yet, and I am pretty determined to get it completed!

Wow. Wow. Wow. Thank you so much, Verna for your sweet words. I find that so encouraging! 17 before 17? So cool! I would be delighted to hear some of the things on your list, but if you don't feel like sharing them in public, I totally understand. 🙂
